It’s Basketball Time at the Creek!
As promised, we’re bringing back our live coverage of Tiger and Lady Tiger basketball games. 92.7 The Tiger is excited to introduce our new sportscasting crew. Assistant Principal Jarrad Durham, who formerly had his own sports talk show on The Tiger, will lead a crew of students from Fern Creek’s very own School of Communications and Media. Senior Night Success
Friday night Fern Creek Football ended their 2011 season with a 14-6 win against Doss. The Tigers finished the regular season with a (4-6) record. They will begin the first round of playoffs Friday, November 4th, against Bryan Station (Lex).

Senior Fright Night 10/26/11
Friday the 28th Fern Creek Seniors will be taking a trip Baxter Avenue Morgue for the inagural Senior Fright Night. Tickets are $5 through Fern Creek and $20 at the door. Students will meet after the Fern Creek varsity football game in the student parking lot. For more information visit senior sponsor Mrs. Wilson in room 114.
Open House this Thursday!
Fern Creek’s 8th grade open house is this Thursday, October 27th. Starts at 6:30 and ends at 8. This will include performances from Fern Creek’s National Championship winning ROTC Drill team, and also Fern Creek’s band. Students and parents will be able to tour the building by visiting the school’s various magnet programs and look at different classrooms throughout the school.
Friday Senior Night!
This Friday, October 28, will be The Tigers’ last regular season game against Doss. It’s also our Senior night so come out and support our class of 2012!
Fern Creek Theatre presents The Wizard of Oz
Fern Creek Theatre presents The Wizard of Oz on November 17th, 18th, and 19th in the recently renovated auditorium. Tickets will be available during lunch and in the Main Office for a special price of $5. That’s right, only $5 to see a once in a lifetime play by our very own Fern Creek Theatre. Football LIVE on Friday
The Fern Creek Football team is back in action. They’re on the road this weekend playing Eastern High School. Come out and support Tiger Football.
